Product support, not professional advice

Support can help explain Nora's features, data sources, calculations, and account controls. It cannot move money or act as a financial, tax, legal, insurance, investment, or debt professional, and it cannot guarantee a financial outcome.

Before you write in

A few things resolve most reports faster than we can reply. If an institution has stopped syncing, reconnecting it from your accounts page usually clears it — banks expire connections periodically and Plaid needs you to re-authenticate.

If a balance or category looks wrong, check the underlying transactions first. Nora keeps the original provider record alongside any edit you have made, so the source of a discrepancy is usually visible on the transaction itself.

Common questions

Cost, supported institutions, how AI is used, and what happens to your data are all answered on the FAQ. How connections and permissions work is covered in more detail on the security page.
